The food i... read more I was able to attend a taste testing event here and I have to say that I was really impressed. I also have to thank the owners for hosting the event. The food is Louisiana style, if you don't know what that is then it doesn't matter, just know that it's great. The jambalaya and the upside down pineapple cake were pure quality and the fried chicken is unlike anything else I've been able to find in Hsinchu. You won't be disappointed.

It was my first time to taste New Orlean food, and I like it, especially their sweets. I think I will go there again and have an afternoon tea there.
