My husband found this restaurant to try the Amakusa King. It was a bit far from the main road and we were a bit anxious, but suddenly a cozy atmosphere appeared. The staff was friendly and handsome. We ordered the Amakusa King Tataki, charcoal-grilled meatballs, and chicken wings. The Tataki had a rich flavor and a slightly sticky texture.
