This place in Amakusa offers hormone dishes. They have horse sashimi, liver sashimi, and Changja directly from Tsuruhashi, Osaka. You can enjoy a variety of sake, shochu, whisky, bourbon, and wine.

The charcoal-grilled meat was of high quality, and the Negi-tan salt was large yet tender and delicious! The side menu was abundant, with even horse sashimi available, and there were about 7 different types of ice cream to choose from! Additionally, they had a non-alcoholic Cassis Orange drink! I tried the Okinawa black sugar ice cream and it was so delicious. Also, smokers would be happy to know that ashtrays were provided.
