What Eiji Murakami likes about そば Tài Láng:
Located inside the Michi no Eki in Hidaka-cho near the Nisshogoe Pass, this restaurant is a must-stop for me whenever I drive towards the eastern part of Hokkaido. Across the pass is the famous soba producing town of Niikappu, but I always make sure to take a break and have a meal here.
