I eat here about once a month. The back is a spicy miso flavor, while the front is a salted chashu. It's tender when eaten normally, but the deliciousness increases when you first bury the chashu under the noodles and eat it. It's a sumire set, so sometimes I eat the chashu on top of the half fried rice. View all feedback.
