Bā Fān Píng Shān Dǐng レストハウス Zhì Shí コーナー

I was guided to the previously intriguing "Manaitagatake" by the information center at Hachimantai Summit House, and entered a world dyed in red and orange. There are three small parking lots near the trailhead, and the summit is just 1 km away. I quickly realized that this is a highly recommended spot where you can easily climb and fully enjoy the peak of autumn leaves. The autumn leaves here are so spectacular that they are unmatched whether seen up close or from a distance compared to other places.

There aren't many menu options available. You purchase your order from a ticket machine and then inform the staff of your seat number. In less than a minute, the staff will bring your order to your table. We ordered the "Genta Curry" of course, as we saw a handwritten explanation of it on the stairs. It was delicious, as expected when using Iwate beef tendons. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that it would have been nice to have a little more rice with the dish.

We left Fushichi Onsen before 8am and stopped our car on the way to enjoy the hot springs. In late May, there were still snow walls on the road, and we could see the snow-covered Mount Iwate and Akita Komagatake from the summit. Since it was early in the morning, we did not use the facilities, but it is definitely a spot worth visiting. However, please note that there is a parking fee of 500 yen.

2022.06.03 十和田八幡平国立公園の八幡平山頂に位置するレストハウス。 2015年頃に建て替えられたらしいのですが、以前に訪れたのは古いレストハウスでした。 いまは、地上1階、地下2階で、 地下2階はお土産物売り場になっています。 柚餅子 ゆべし が販売されています。 岩手県と秋田県の県境に位置し、 岩手県側の眺めは岩手山が望めるはずですが、この日はあいにくの天候で見ること叶わず。 駐車場は、1回500円 八幡平山頂や、ドラゴンアイまでの散策に便利な駐車場です。

駐車場は500円掛かりますが眺めが素晴らしいです、雄大な景色をバックに愛車を撮影する人も結構居ます レストハウスは平屋に見えますが地下一階に食堂、地下二階にお土産屋さんがあります 八幡平山頂への入り口も近いのでドラゴンアイや八幡沼へ登る為の拠点としても便利だと思います、長靴レンタル ¥200)もあります
