Wèi Chǔ Zuǒ Hé - Hachimantai-shi

Closed on Wednesdays. About a 3-4 minute walk from Oike Station. The taste and portion size are both excellent. The pork steak set meal for 1100 yen is too cheap for the quality.

This is a set meal restaurant in Omagari, Hachimantai City. The meat is made using Du Zhong tea pork, which is tender and healthy. The pork cutlet bowl and miso ramen also seem to be popular. It seems that you can also have parties on the second floor at night. In December of the first year of Reiwa, I had the Du Zhong tea pork cutlet bowl for 850 yen. The cutlet was hot and juicy and delicious, but it seemed like there was a lack of simmered onions, and the flavor was too strong for someone like me who dislikes raw onions, which was disappointing.

I enjoyed both the light miso ramen and the salty ramen with a strong pepper punch. Both were delicious.
