It is the first facilit... read more Located in the Satoyama of Waki-cho, Mima City, this cozy café is now home to the new micro spa resort "Loview" that opened this spring. It is the first facility in Japan where you can fully reserve the pool and tent sauna. The pool is heated, so you can enjoy it anytime. There is also a bar counter where you can enjoy drinks while relaxing. With BBQ menu options available, you can have a wonderful time with family and friends.

Not only that, but I was also surprised by the deliciousness of the food. It felt like I was savoring a course meal prepared by a chef and I was very satisfied. The selection of drinks is also good, and I can really feel the high level of taste. When I visited with my family, my mother is disabled, so it was helpful to know that we could drive right up to the shop. The customer service was also satisfactory, and this is the first time I have had such a satisfying experience. I will definitely come back again. Oh, and just a heads up - you have to climb a pretty steep hill from the regular parking lot, so you might need to psych yourself up a bit haha.

Just past that point, there... read more This is the perfect place to spend a relaxing time. First of all, the location is quite narrow and the point Google shows is wrong. Just past that point, there is a red sign and a square where you can park about 10 cars, which is the restaurant's parking lot. About a 5-minute walk from there, you will find the restaurant with umbrellas in the front yard. This time, we only ordered coffee and cheesecake after having lunch at another restaurant, but they also have lunch menus and you can even have a barbecue if you make a reservation. Normally, everything is by reservation only (probably due to COVID-19 measures), but they kindly accommodated us even though we didn't make a reservation (thank you). Inside the restaurant, there is a JBL speaker the owner is passionate about, playing wonderful music throughout the mountains. The coffee, served in a slightly larger cup, had a rich yet sophisticated taste that paired perfectly with the sweets. The atmosphere may be a bit intimidating for a solo older gentleman, but I look forward to coming back on my motorcycle to have lunch next time.
