I tried the takeout "bokkake-ni" in March 2022. This dish, cooked sweet and salty, with plenty of beef tendons and konnyaku, goes well with rice and is a great accompaniment to drinks. Not only is the taste fantastic, but the tendons are so tender that they melt in your mouth and there is no unpleasant odor. The clear broth shows the careful preparation of the ingredients. This dish, created by culinary professionals, is a luxurious upgrade to your everyday home-cooked meal. I highly recommend it as a special treat.

Every dish was so satisfyingly filling that I ended up eating too much. And it was delicious too! I definitely want to visit again.
