This restaurant near Kinpira has been famous for a long time. When I visited, I found the auntie-like waitress' service to be amusing, giving off a good old-fashioned rural vibe. The taste of the udon was nostalgic and had a good texture, just like the old days. What impressed me the most was the great service from the staff. The interior of the restaurant also had a Showa-era atmosphere. The parking lot was spacious and the restroom was located on the parking lot side and was also spacious.
When we went, there were only a few cars parked and we thought the restaurant wasn't very popular. However, when we finished eating and left, there was a long line and the parking lot was full. Surprisingly, the udon was very chewy and delicious. There were very few tempura options and we wished they would fry and serve them faster.
