The rich flavor pairs well with the dark soy sauce. They have canned beer, but it would be perfect if they had a variety of sake and soba miso. Located at one of the top local train stations in western Japan, it is relatively easy to visit with a convenient train schedule for lunchtime. I hope the Kishin Line will continue to be loved by the local people and travelers for many years to come.

It's been a while since I last had it, but it was delicious. The soba from Oku-Izumo had a good texture and the flavor was great. The noodles were a bit thicker than usual.
