Wasabi can only be grown in clean water like the ones from Miyamori. It is rare to find leaf wasabi. The price is reasonable and the dashi broth is gentle, enhancing the spiciness of the wasabi. The noodles are flat. The parking lot is not very spacious. The restaurant is closed on Wednesdays. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
