It was a weekday, so I was able to be seated smoothly for lunch. On that day, I tried the miso char siu ramen. The soup was light and not just miso, but a mix of various flavors. The homemade thin noodles effortlessly filled my stomach. Thanks to the perforated ladle, I was able to finish all of the corn. The perforated ladle is important. The service was pleasant, and I enjoyed the meal. My companion's yakimeshi fried rice was delicious too.
