I also had some soup and other dishes. In Oita Prefecture, there are many salty restaurants, but this one was made with a gentle touch. In addition, yukhoe is not often available in other prefectures or restaurants due to strict regulations, so I recommend trying it when you visit. The apple accent was also quite delicious. Since there were no photos on the menu, I added some to make it easier to visit. The staff, including the girls and the female owner, are very polite. I will definitely come back again.
