For my first time here, I had to order from the ticket machine and I was overwhelmed by the choices of hot or cold ramen, udon, and soba noodles. I decided to try the cold spicy garlic ramen. It looked very appealing with its red chili oil, and it was incredibly delicious! The noodles were smooth and chewy, flavored with shredded seaweed, crispy fried tempura bits, and tender pieces of chicken. The different textures made it a flavorful and enjoyable ramen. I also enjoyed the soup, which had a different kind of spiciness from the chili oil, thanks to the minced ginger. They also provided chili peppers in vinegar for those who want to add extra heat, and even cherry tomatoes for a refreshing bite. Overall, it was a very delicious and enjoyable Chinese meal.

However, we were greeted by a friendly female server who provided excellent service. I ordered the popular spicy tantanmen soba and was pleasantly surprised. The spiciness was just right, and the soba noodles were authentically delicious. The restaurant offers a variety of options including udon, soba, and Chinese dishes, so I look forward to returning to try the Chinese cuisine next time. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.

I de... read more I came to eat cold meat soba at this restaurant when it first opened, but I have been away from Yamagata for about 2 years, so it was a long-awaited visit. I decided on the warm beef chuka for 700 yen after hesitating between that and the miso ramen. The noodles were thick and had a chewy texture, which I enjoyed. The soup had a sweet and easy-to-drink gentle flavor, and the beef broth added a nice accent. The beef was tender and delicious with a good amount of fat. I couldn't help but finish all the soup. There are plenty of options on the menu board, so I'm already thinking about what to try next. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and polite in their greetings.
