It is run by a woman who seemed to be in charge all by herself. I ordered the daily special hamburger for 750 yen, and was presented with a massive Biei pork patty burger with tomato, lettuce, and avocado sandwiched in between. The side of homemade potato chips was delicious. The buns were also sturdy and made for a great combination. I chose to sit in the most relaxing spot in the reception area and enjoyed my burger at a leisurely pace. The iced tea I ordered was neither good nor bad. It's nice to see cafes like this popping up around Biei Station.
