As I was walking and thinking about whether I should try it again in its home town, I came across something I had never seen before! What is "tenbin-yaki"? I was so curious that I stopped by for a palate cleanser. When I looked at the menu, I saw that "tenbin-yaki" was a special green onion yaki with green onions that I don't like; my friend who loves green onions ordered it! I wondered if this would suit me and ordered the popular No. 2 dish, the curry-filled modern yaki! I shared some with my friend! I received a share of the green onion yaki, and I tried the part with lots of green onions! When I tasted it, I didn't even notice the green onions at all - it was delicious! I might have become a fan of green onions, haha. The curry-filled modern yaki was so delicious - the curry flavor! It's like okonomiyaki with curry! Wow, I didn't expect it to be this delicious with curry inside! I'm glad I tried it with curry inside! This restaurant was a great choice! It seems like there are many other things on the menu, so I will definitely come back again. Thank you for the meal!

It had been about 20 years since I last visited, and I felt that it had changed slightly since then (although I couldn't quite remember). The restaurant has limited opening hours, only serving until early evening, with lunchtime being the main focus (until around 3 o'clock). They specialize in traditional teppanyaki dishes such as yakisoba, okonomiyaki, and homemade curry. If you are looking for old-fashioned flavors rather than modern ones, this place is recommended. Located about 100 meters east of Kasaoka Station, the building itself is pink and stands out easily, but the directions can be a bit confusing from the national highway, so it might be best to use JR Kasaoka Station as your destination. There is no parking available at the restaurant, so if you are driving, it is advised to use a parking lot near the station.

It seemed like it was established in the early Showa period, and the atmosphere inside truly feels like it has come straight out of that era, nostalgic yet charming at the same time. Not knowing what was delicious, I asked the owner and they recommended the mix, so I tried the mix modern yaki with udon noodles. It was a strange and delicious experience, like okonomiyaki replaced with udon noodles. It was the right decision to visit. If I have the opportunity to come near again, I would like to visit.
