I came to try the bonito ramen. I thought it was a bit expensive at 800 yen, but considering the variety of ingredients included, it's a reasonable price. I arrived after 7 pm and was the only one there, but it took a while to get my ramen. Probably because they were making the bonito tempura from scratch. The ramen had a good bonito flavor in the noodles, toppings, and soup, but it took a while to eat, so I think firmer noodles would be better. Also, in the evening, two older individuals are cooking.
I visited around 2:00 PM. The parking lot was in front and next to the restaurant. The interior was not very spacious. I ordered the Saigo-don set. The bonito ramen was rich and delicious. It was a good deal to be able to eat both the bonito bowl and the bonito fatty tuna, but the bonito fatty tuna was too heavy for me. The ramen was recommended for its delicious soup that matched well.
When it comes to katsuo ramen in Makurazaki, you can't resist trying it. I had the Katsuo Makurazaki Katsuo Otoro Don and mini katsuo ramen. The Katsuo Otoro Don was delicious, and even though I usually don't like foods other than fish, I was able to enjoy it. The ramen had tasty soup, but it didn't suit me as I'm not a fan of raw foods. Overall, it's a delicious place with a local atmosphere and reasonable prices, making it a must-stop restaurant for tourists.
