Was 泰孝川田代 at ぶえん a mag?
I tried the seafood bowl with vinegar rice. It was absolutely delicious. The name of the restaurant is incorrect, it should be "Buen" not "Puen". In Kagoshima dialect, it means fresh, unsalted fish. View all feedback.

In August of the 3rd year of Reiwa, I traveled to Kagoshima. I wanted to eat bonito, so I was mechanically taken to the famous Makurazaki. Inside the Makurazaki Fish Center, we went to a restaurant called Buen. My companion had the Bonito Sashimi Set for 1580 yen, while I had the Local Fish Sashimi Set for 1380 yen, both with a drink bar included, which was much appreciated in the height of summer. I'm not a fan of bonito, so my companion suggested that the bonito in Kochi is better. However, trying the local ingredients is part of the fun of traveling, and the view of the port was also lovely. Thank you for the delicious meal.

This restaurant is located inside the Makurazaki Fish Center in Makurazaki. The highlights are that you can enjoy bonito dishes, including the locally produced Buekatsuo, which are delicious. The menu also includes a drink bar option, and the restaurant offers a good view of Makurazaki Port. In addition to bonito dishes, you can also try dishes made with Kagoshima Kurobuta pork such as tonkatsu and curry, but the bonito dishes are definitely a must-try. The soul food here, the grilled bonito belly with salt, was also very delicious, although it is a taste that makes you want to drink alcohol. Prices range from around 1,000 to 2,000 yen per person. Credit cards are accepted for payment.
