When the time of my reservation order came, I received a call on my mobile phone and was notified that it was ready for pick up. Much earlier than the reserved time, I picked up my order from the pickup locker installed in Heidi Cafe. The parking lot is right in front of Heidi Cafe and they kindly told me where spots 2, 6, and 7 were. I purchased Grandpa's dark bread (country bread), sprout bread, and a croissant. The croissant was the most popular and of high quality, I think I will continue to eat it. Though I am not an expert, I found the Grandpa's dark bread (country bread) easy to cut on the first day compared to other bakeries' country bread, it is very delicious. The sprout bread also had a delicious taste that I love. There are many delicious bakeries and famous bakeries, but after researching and tasting Heidi's bread, it was impressive. I hope they continue their hard work, and I will leave a review when I purchase from them in the future.

Their bread was like a whistle that released flavor with every bite. Everything was delicious. I envy those who live nearby and can enjoy their Coppe Pandi on Mondays. I definitely want to go back if I can visit Shirai again. I also want to try Natural High G as well.

Just by telling the taxi driver the name of the shop, the location was easily understood, showing its high recognition. Inside the store, the smell of freshly baked bread creates a happy atmosphere. Whether it's the croissant, salted butter roll, or any other bread, they are all incredibly delicious. Compared to other bakeries, the dough here is overwhelmingly delicious, so honestly, I could eat as many as I want. I always purchase from their online store, so if there was a Bakery Hygge in my local area, I would definitely become a regular customer.
