What nおさむ likes about Nuǎn Mù Zhōng Chéng Diàn:
I have moved from Fukuoka and was taken to this restaurant by a local in Okinawa. The way they cook the noodles is definitely better than in Fukuoka. I think Fukuoka ramen shops should learn from them, they are that good. (Especially Ten-dou!) Even with extra noodles, the firmness is exactly the same. I never expected to find a ramen shop in Okinawa that does such a perfect job... However, maybe it's because of the w... View all feedback.
