It had been a while since I visited, and I had the half portion of the ginger pork set meal. The taste was consistently good as always. I think the half portion is just right for women. You can also change the miso soup to soba for an additional charge. My husband's soba was supposed to be a large portion, but it seemed more like a regular size – the portion was not very generous.

The lunch set, especially the fried chicken set, is popular and comes in a generous portion with the option of a half size. The restaurant has a spacious parking lot and the staff are all lovely. Located along the national highway in Makubetsu, be sure to stop by if you happen to pass by.

It was probably the daughter who welcomed me back, and I was satisfied. I ordered the half-size fried chicken set meal (I was definitely in the mood for fried chicken today). It arrived in about 10 minutes, but wait, didn't I ask for the soba noodles to be warm on the side? It came in a colander... Oh well, the weather was nice and warm that day, so I decided it was fine to have cold noodles. I didn't say anything and just enjoyed my meal. The portion was just right for my stomach, and the fried chicken was crispy and delicious. The soba noodles seemed hand-made and were very tasty. Next time, I'll try the ginger pork set meal!
