I have heard of Chef Hiromichi before and his Michelin Star status. The food was quite inventive and delicious very interesting combinations and unusual combination of ingredients. I also loved the attention to detail from excellent wait staff, gorgeous interior, beautiful dishes/silverware, and the delicious food. Next time I come to Japan, I will be dining at Hiromichi again!
