Most of their set lunches are a combination of tuna and other fishes or tuna prepared in a variety of ways such as scorched or poached, in addition to the basic raw slices. The presentation is subtly aesthetic in the classic Japanese style. Every small side dish is taken care of with a loving heart. The soup is more tasty than the usual miso concoction. What amazes me the most is their yam purée: its freshness, its unique consistency, and its sea flavour generated by the minute weeds topping all contribute to a high degree of palatable satisfaction.
