I had some business in Ninohe City and had been curious about this restaurant for a while, so I decided to stop by. It was well past lunchtime, but it was packed with customers due to the holiday. It had a local family restaurant vibe. I ordered the "Nagaseya Tanmen" and "Fried Rice," while my wife ordered the "Ebi Fry Set." I was surprised at how quickly the food was served.
