I ordered salt ramen and half gyoza. The soup was rich with a strong pork aroma, and it was very delicious. The chashu had a clear soy sauce fragrance, as if it had been marinated in soy sauce after being boiled. It may not have been the perfect match for the salt ramen, but it was tasty.
