I can accept this, but the fitness trainer is the worst trainer I've ever seen. do not pay attention to customers, they speak like chef and also really bad customer service and really useless trainers. I don't know why the management teams like this useless person hire for trainers.

Not satisfied with their service, really safe!. when we were looking for hotels, we found devon and saw his outer image and the reviews we made for two days a b... read more Not satisfied with their service, really safe!. when we were looking for hotels, we found devon and saw his outer image and the reviews we made for two days a booking. we really regretted our decision. they asked for the order of the evening meal and promised to serve 9.00 o'clock, but the food really came late at 9 o'clock, we were all exhausted and hungry until we returned to the hotel. the chicken biryani and nasigoreng had no difference at all. it is the same cooked rice .wwas also always for nasigoreng, which we also found in chickenbiryani. so sad that they don't even know this difference. I even have to tell about the desert that was served. it was terrible. they did not serve at the beginning of the water so we need to ask them and wait for 10mins for them while we eat it to get it to the table. in one of the rooms there was no hot water supply. the rooms were good. if I'd evaluate my whole experience, I'd give 1/5.

She couldn't even breathe last night. myself. we have ordered special 4 biriyani without chili and fried kankun with bark meat. we pay 7000.00, but we all have cold and the kankun with bark looks like dogs cooked by him until it black and with a lot of masflour. please don't be sick like us by eating them. very poor thing to do this to men. very dissapointing. we will never allow our love to go there once!
