It tasted very similar to the Hokka... read more I stopped by on my way home because I suddenly felt like eating ramen. I had the miso ramen and it was incredibly delicious. It tasted very similar to the Hokkaido miso ramen I used to eat as a child, with a rich miso flavor and great depth. I also tried the miso stir-fried eggplant, and for only 300 yen, the portion and quality were surprising. I look forward to trying the salt ramen, soy sauce ramen, and other items on the menu in the future. Dining here seems like it would be a fun experience as well.
