I came to Tsushima from Fukuoka. I love game meat! Inoshishi Katori-san was recommended by the travel agency Shimatabi Meijin Tabi no Wa Kyushu from Fukuoka as a highly recommended place.
Cheap and delicious! I heard from locals that they are good at handling meat, so I went there. I have never tasted wild boar meat without any gaminess like this before. There are not many skilled hunters like them.
