I heard about Tsushima's specialty, so I ordered the anago sashimi, and it was amazingly delicious with its rich flavor unlike other popular sashimi dishes. The restaurant told me that they do not serve alcohol in the bustling area of Tsushima's Sixth District, so they kindly offered takeout for me to enjoy in my hotel room.

The freshness of the fish is exceptional, and I highly recommend ordering the local specialty marked with a recommendation. Additionally, the fact that there are four different dishes featuring anago is quite impressive. I recommend dining here in Itsukushima.

The eel was finely deboned and had a sweet and elastic texture, quite delicious. I had heard it was the only rotating sushi restaurant on the island, but instead of a conveyor belt, the sushi was brought to me like a bullet train. The other sushi I tried was decent as well, and I also ordered some eel which was a bit disappointing as the texture was too loose. I had a rental car, so I had Oolong tea, and indulged in various dishes, spending 4000 yen all by myself. Thank you for the meal.
