Hashimotoya is my favorite, they serve old-fashioned soy sauce ramen with a delicious soup. There seems to be a slight change in flavor since the son took over.

When nobody came, I decided to get some water myself and order at the same time. I visited for the first time in December of 2021. It was delicious. Personally, I think both the katsudon and ramen are delicious as well. It's not too salty or anything like that, but I think it varies from person to person. I visited again in March of 2022, and the tori seiro was delicious.
