My recommendation is the Napoletana with a soft-boiled egg on top. Unlike the typical Napoletana, this one has a looser sauce and the pasta is cooked closer to al dente, truly a Western-style restaurant's Napoletana. It can be easily confused with the whole tomato buster, which has a whole tomato as a topping, but they taste completely different, so please be careful when ordering. Of course, the whole tomato buster is delicious too!
