Sujipon is thinly sliced meat simmered in ponzu sauce, and it's not easy to find such well-cooked meat. Another recommended dish is the kimchi made by the chef. In the summer, it is slightly fermented and tangy, while in the winter it is made with sweet cabbage and lightly fermented, both versions are exquisite.
