Inside the restaurant, there were many menus with dishes that were not clear. There was a sign on the wall saying to order without asking about the contents of the food in Akita dialect, so I decided to play it safe and ordered a salt ramen and fried rice set. The ramen had a refreshing soup and just the right taste. In Akita, there are many ramen dishes that are too strong, so the taste here was reassuring. The fried rice was simple and had a rustic taste, which was delicious. I was expecting a more impactful taste from the appearance of the restaurant, but it was a gentle taste. I passed by again and wanted to challenge the menu with unclear contents, but there was a notice saying the restaurant was closed due to the sudden illness of the owner. It's a shame. I hope the owner's health improves.
