Instead of regular udon, I had the mochi-filled kake udon and three types of oden. The noodles here have a strong texture which is uncommon in the Eastern Seto region. Delicious!

Although dishes like... read more This is my favorite udon restaurant in Tokushima. The cold bukkake is a must-try here. You can really feel the firm texture of the noodles. Although dishes like toriten udon and tempura udon are becoming popular, I still recommend sticking to the cold bukkake or bukkake udon. Just a heads up, they are closed on Sundays and their operating hours are from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Be sure to keep that in mind when planning your visit.
