I had been waiting for this day for a long time... I had tried to make a reservation several times before, but couldn't get through on the phone. Finally, I was... read more I had been waiting for this day for a long time... I had tried to make a reservation several times before, but couldn't get through on the phone. Finally, I was able to visit the restaurant. The dining area was divided into a spacious room with partitions, where two groups of 4 and 2 people were dining. It seemed like this room was the only dining space available. We took off our shoes at the entrance on the earthen floor and entered the room. There was a partition at the entrance, and beyond it was the kitchen. We could see the kitchen from the dining area. They used local, fresh seasonal ingredients and explained each dish and how to eat it with each course, which was enjoyable. We also got to enjoy three different desserts that looked and tasted completely different. It seems like the chef prepares wines and champagnes specifically chosen to match the meal. I would like to go back again to enjoy the seasonal ingredients.

As soon as... read more I found my way to a highly rated restaurant! While driving, I couldn't believe there was actually a French restaurant nearby, but I stumbled upon it. As soon as I walked in, the atmosphere, the staff, and the food were all top-notch. I can't do it justice by just talking about it, you have to experience it for yourself. You'll understand why it received a five-star rating. The dessert at the end was amazing, with three different options to choose from. It was a food lover's dream come true.
