I tried the Umigame Burger (Red) and it surpassed any burger I've ever had before in terms of deliciousness. The patty had various textures and the rich sauce was just perfect. In my personal opinion, it's the most delicious burger in Shikoku, and maybe even in all of Japan! I also ordered the Sudachi Pudding for dessert, which was refreshing and I could have eaten endless servings of it. They also sell fresh vegetables and frozen Awaodori chicken hamburgers in the store, as well as offering online orders for those who can't easily visit the restaurant. I think it's worth trying the Oyakodon that many people were enjoying next time.
