This is an Italian restaurant facing Route 4. I arrived around noon on a holiday, but had to wait quite a while in my car due to the packed parking lot. Some cars even had to leave because there was no space. It seems like it's better to either arrive right when they open or make a reservation. This time, I ordered the "Cheppo Course Lunch ¥1980." The attention to detail was evident from the appetizers, and the apple dressing on the salad was original and delicious. I chose the "Classic Neapolitan" pasta, which was thick and chewy. The tiramisu for dessert was also made with cheese base and seemed to be made with care. By the way... for dessert, you can choose from 4-5 options such as pudding, macarons, and tiramisu.
I went to a restaurant that serves delicious chewy fresh pasta. I actually wanted to eat omurice but ended up going there because I saw good reviews. Even though it was a weekday, omurice was already sold out by 13:30. I need to go earlier next time. I'll definitely go again to try the fluffy and creamy omurice. As for the pasta, they only offer two daily specials for lunch, so it may not be suitable for picky eaters like me who dislike tomatoes. The options on that day were Japanese-style pasta and Amatriciana. Even though I don't like tomatoes, I was drawn to the cheese and bacon in Amatriciana. I still didn't like the tomato sauce...I don't know why I even tried. But the thick-cut bacon and the shaved cheese they brought to sprinkle on top were really delicious. The cheese was more like shavings than powder! The noodles were incredibly chewy and delicious, so if I come back and they have a creamy pasta, I might end up ordering pasta again instead of omurice.
