Stopped by on the way home from a walk around Aikawa town, ranch, and park. Delicious. Since moving to Kanagawa, I have discovered a Japanese sweet shop that I find tasty and want to visit again. I was impressed by the strawberry mochi I bought by chance last year. I visited again this year. The sweetness is mild, with the sweet and sourness of the strawberries, a little white bean paste, and a well-made dough without the common overly sweet strawberry daifuku. I love red bean paste but it's nice that it's not in there! I like strawberry mochi. I want to eat many of them. Even the little kids are delighted. This spring, we enjoyed them under the nearby cherry blossom tree. In these difficult days of the COVID-19 pandemic, the happiness of being healed by the delicious and visually appealing strawberry mochi is a true blessing. Please continue to offer Japanese sweets that are not too sweet, beautiful, and cute, using the natural ingredients, for both Japanese sweet lovers and small children to enjoy safely. Also, the monaka is a delicious and elegant Japanese sweet. I gave it as a gift this time. If it's Japanese sweets, it has to be Tsumado! I will definitely go back to buy more.
