No elevator, but the hotel staff helps them with the luggage overall a great stay and a good value for money! we'll stay back when we're in krabi.

I have access to the... read more The check-in was at the apfel at the day hotel reception instead of because of the construction that went all the time when I stayed here. I have access to the apfel per day swimming pool and will contain a photo of their pool in the photos that the room had the coolest matching robe and home shoes in krabi. the outside balcony had a daybed, but it was tasty and the balcony where the müll would be taken out, and so it was very loud at the müll collection day the service was good and the staff was friendly, but the location was not the best. this hotel felt only almost claustrophobic beside 2 other hotels and they can say when they hear, all vehicles drive past or in my case the 1 rude fellow worker who drove his truck with the radio, turned very loud and early in the morning. no pleasant experience. this person was very rude for it. I even took a photo so you know what I'm talking about. the person wearing the blue hat.

When we arrived, we were greeted by the pleasant Capuchin staff and shown our room. It looked over the street outside and despite being on the second floor, we didn't hear much noise outside The room was spacious and clean. There were complimentary snacks and drinks that were replenished each day. We were provided complimentary slippers, robes, and beach towels. I'm usually not one for hotel restaurants and cafes, but the lattes, Americanos, and cappuccinos (get it right downstairs were some of the best we've had in Thailand The only warning I'd give to travelers is that the Capuchin doesn't have an elevator. There are four floors Highly recommended.
