Ordered food at home, but there was no sauce. When asked to bring it, had to wait a long time. Ordered at noon and by 2pm still no sauce. Just waiting for the sauce. Please improve. Ordered to eat, not to wait. View all feedback.
The truth is that Big C branch staff should probably be trained in good customer service. Compared to other branches, the service at this branch is really poor.
