I had the Pork Soba (regular size). It is light with a bonito broth but still has a delicious taste. If it had a bit more bonito flakes fragrance, it would be perfect. The pork is cooked to be tender and has a subtle sweetness. The set menu is quite ample with the Pork Soba and Inari sushi, but for those who want a hearty meal, I recommend adding the set menu.
