We arrived after 12 p.m. on a weekday and waited for over an hour. The restaurant can accommodate about 5 people inside, but those arriving later have to line up outside, which can be tough on windy days. Those who wanted to eat teppanyaki had to wait for over an hour, but when we said we were fine with regular plates, they seated us in a back room. It might have been the karaoke room, as indicated by the sign. We ordered the oyster, pork, and squid okonomiyaki at the "Kimagure" restaurant. The oysters were crispy on the thin parts and fluffy on the thick parts, and tasted delicious. Even when eaten on plates, finishing a meal will leave you feeling warm inside. The portions are generous; an elderly man at the table next to us couldn't finish his meal. The entrance is hard to find, but the sign is a good marker. It looks like there is parking space for around 7 cars.
I visited the restaurant around 10:30 on Sunday, February 7th, and had to wait outside with 5 people before finally entering the restaurant after waiting for about an hour. I waited longer than I expected because I wanted to eat teppanyaki, but the flavors did not disappoint. The taste is worth waiting for, I believe.
The oyster omelette at Shiosai was delicious! It had been a while since I last visited, but the road seemed wider and the parking lot was well-maintained. The owner was cheerful as always. And the young landlady is back... She handed out menus to customers and engaged in lighthearted chatter, which was entertaining.
