Xiǎo Mì うどん - 清瀬市

This is a restaurant known for its udon, but their soba noodles are exceptional. While there are many places that serve delicious soba noodles, there are few that also have delicious broth, making this restaurant a rare find. The chef, who trained at the now-closed famous soba shop "Kyuya" in Minami-Nagasaki, continues to recreate the taste of Kyuya. For fans of Kyuya, this restaurant is a valuable gem that faithfully preserves the master's flavor.

I thought that the owner's strong commitment to soba and confidence in their food was evident from the service. The restaurant is quietly located along the Koganei Kaido, a spot I had been curious about due to the traffic caused by the nearby railway crossing. Finally, I was able to visit today. Although I am not an expert on soba, I found the flavors to be delicious. I happened to try both the 100% and 90% buckwheat soba, and while both were tasty, if I had to choose one, I would go with the Hokkaido 100% soba as my favorite. I love udon, so I might try that next time. According to the owner, the udon is supposed to be like Musashino udon. I'm glad to have found such a great restaurant and look forward to returning.

The soba noodles were delicious, and the broth was to my liking because it was rich. However, the portion was too small for a meal after physical labor during lunchtime and left me feeling unsatisfied. It would be nice to have some rice dishes as well.

普段お蕎麦屋を巡るのが趣味なのですが、このお店はそばがとっても美味しくてびっくりしました！！ 店内は席数は少ないですが、一人ひとりがその分くつろげるスペースになっていて、何よりご夫婦の接客がとても暖かくて、また来たいと思いました ぜひ常連になりたいです〜

お昼に利用 苦瓜スタミナそばを注文 疑うもしれないが、苦瓜か苦すぎずしゃきしゃきな歯ごたえが、非常に良かった。 僕的には、大満足。
