In depth: Although the Covid health restrictions are being lifted today (Mar 7th), I must say I was impressed with the level of service when we came to get food at CafeNeto yesterday, when the only option was takeaway. Location is sublime, right on the outskirts of the old city, overlooking the beach, and next to great sandy spots for picnics. There are also benches along the promenade. The food was delightful and tasty in a way that surprised me (Bulgarian toast mmmm), like that they make their own Thousand Islands dressing and you can tell. The salad that comes along for a ride with the toast, which can usually be seen haphazardly thrown together, was dressed, tossed and cut just so, to make it enjoyable with no further fuss on my end. They stocked us with everything we needed to be able to enjoy a meal for two, right outside in the sun, without having to go back and ask for missing items. Prices are higher than average breakfast place: 48ils for Bulgarian toast with a side of salad. Bathrooms: could have been cleaner, but fully stocked with soap, paper towels, disinfectant wipes.

We were six people and each of us ordered a dish, after 40 minutes of waiting we found out that the order wasn’t made at all and no one has notified us. We were very disappointed. The place wasn’t busy at all. Not recommend.
