While the initi... read more Dear Management, I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent dining experience at your establishment on 3/24, at approximately 4:30 PM. While the initial impression was positive, I regret to inform you of several concerning issues that marred our visit. Upon being served our food, we encountered a significant problem with flies infesting our table area. Despite requesting assistance from our waiter, the only resolution offered was a fly trap, which proved ineffective and left us feeling quite dismayed. Additionally, there was a lapse in service when my grandfather attempted to place an order for more food. Unfortunately, he was informed by our waiter that they did not have the necessary notes for processing orders, resulting in a disappointing experience for our party. Furthermore, when it came time to settle our bill and depart, we encountered difficulties flagging down a member of your staff. It took two attempts and considerable effort to attract the attention of a waiter, as there was a noticeable absence of service personnel in our vicinity. I trust that this feedback will be taken into serious consideration and prompt necessary improvements to ensure a more satisfactory dining experience for future patrons. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
