I have been a longtime patron of this restaurant for several years, although I have not visited in the past three years due to COVID. During my recent visit, I opted for the all-you-can-eat lunch with a drink for ¥1530. However, I was disappointed to find limited vegan options, as the only vegetables available were jicama, spinach, and bean sprouts. The lack of vegan dressings was also disappointing, except for a potential mislabeled miso dressing. Additionally, while there were udon noodles on offer, I was surprised to discover that they contained fish. Although I appreciated the clear labeling of ingredients, I left the restaurant without consuming any food or drink, despite having paid in advance. It is unfortunate to see that the quality of this restaurant has declined since my last visit.
The restaurant is not terrible, but it does have limited options for vegans. I visited twice, two years apart, and was disappointed both times. There were no vegan hot dishes available, and the labels only indicated the presence of fish, meat, and milk, but not eggs. It may be suitable for a mixed group, but for vegans, the choices are lacking.
I visited the restaurant on a Saturday morning and found that you need to obtain a ticket in order to have breakfast there. The tickets were all sold out by 8:30AM on that day, and once the limit is reached, the breakfast buffet is no longer available. If you are interested in trying the breakfast buffet, I suggest arriving at least an hour before the restaurant opens to ensure you get a ticket. I enjoyed that every single item available had a label indicating allergens as well as potential diatary restrictions. The decor and the music were pleasant enough as well. However... I ended up having a bowl of plain udon with miso soup and three portions of bean sprouts, fried onion and seaweed combo. There were no ready or hot dishes suitable for vegans. Perhaps there were some during the day and by 7pm all run out? The food I did have was fresh and tasty though. I left rather unsatisfied, seeking further nourishment for soul and body... :
We came for dinner and while the staff were friendly, they weren't really available with explaining the buffet/ hot meal options. So I t was difficult to figure out which ingredients or options were meant to go together or not. My vegan partner didn't have many hot meal options available and overall, the food wasn't as tasty as the other Japanese restaurants we tried this trip

It is not a bad restaurant, has limited choice for vegans. I went two, two years apart and was disappointed twice. There was no single vegan hot plate and the labels show fish, meat, milk, but not egg. If you go in a mixed group, it could be good.
Saturday morning. You have to get the ticket for breakfast there. The tickets were sold out this day at 8:30. Once the border is reached, there is no more breakfast buffet. If you are interested in this breakfast buffet, I recommend an hour before the restaurant opens. Updated from previous review on 2021-11-13
I enjoyed that each individual product had available a label that displays allergens as well as possible diametrical restrictions. The decor and the music were also pleasant enough. But... I ended with a bowl of plain Udon with soup and three portions of bean sprouts, fried onions and seaweed combo. There were no prepared or hot dishes suitable for vegans. Maybe there were some running out during the day and until 7:00? The food I had was fresh and delicious. I was rather dissatisfied, looking for more food for soul and body...
This place used to be one of my go-to restaurants when dining with non-veg friends as there was always a great selection of vegan and vegetarian food available as well as non-veg dishes, but recently it’s become more of a lottery with fewer veg options than ever. The last time I visited the was nothing I could eat except the salad bar and plain white rice. It a shame as it’s a great concept, but sadly it seems that this is no longer a veg friendly place. There are many other, better, restaurants nearby so I’d skip this one.
