Pineapple Chicken Recipe

First things first, you'll need some boneless, skinless chicken breasts. I like to cut mine into bite-sized pieces for easier cooking. Then, you're gonna need some fresh pineapple chunks. Ain't nothing like the sweetness of fresh pineapple to really bring out the flavors in this dish.

Next, you'll need some bell peppers and onions to add some color and extra flavor. I like to chop them up real nice and add them to the mix. Now, don't forget the garlic and ginger - they really give this recipe a kick that you won't want to miss.

In a separate bowl, mix together some soy sauce, brown sugar, and a little bit of cornstarch to make a nice sauce for your chicken. Then, in a hot skillet, cook your chicken until it's nice and browned. Add in your veggies and pineapple, and pour that sauce right on top. Let it simmer for a few minutes until everything is cooked through and the flavors have melded together. Serve over some steamed rice and enjoy!
