The recipe was combined with kebab skewers, which I poured over with the sauce after frying in the pan and then cooked in the oven for almost two hours. Tasted like the Yugoslavian. Since the recipe is quick to prepare (if not combined with shish kebab), it will not be the last time the food has landed on our plate

However, we are not allowed to use alcohol for cooking in the café, which is why I mixed the white wine with the same amount of apple juice and white balsamic vinegar, 1: 1, and left out the additional vinegar so that it doesn't get too acidic. That worked well and is a great alternative if you don't want to or aren't allowed to take alcohol. Instead of corn there was silver onions in the sauce, also very tasty: o)
