Had this recipe cooked two times and was both a scratch. also for people who eat little fish. great! my variation for those who like it a little sharper: a tl sambal oelek and a pressed garlic. adds to the whole a little more whipped. very important is the (fresh) petersilie. this comes as a great thing! with us the recipe is now a standard repertoire.
